Ice on trees makes a beautiful sight...but ice on car doesn't...my car has at least a half inch of ice topped with snow ...the doors won't open, so I couldn't start it...this has been an icy month...at least when buddy (my dog) goes outside, he doesn't loose his legs in the deep snow, because the snow melted, but we were graced with more, topped with ice...he doesn't dilly dally outside...Oh please Spring hurry up and get here, so I can gripe about all the weeds, instead of ice and snow...

Love your frozen photos. The dog running is nice especially.
We or my daughter used a teakettle of water to pour (atarting at the top) on her doors to melt the ice that froze her door closed. It melted the ice that was on the rubber and the door opened.
If it is not one thing it's your mother...hoping for an early spring for you...I don't think I could handle the "weather' that you have...
Thanks Abe, that's just what I did, for it's an old Jim Schuster trick....I'm so excited that I got the car cleaned off, for their was 1/2" ice covering it...now tomorrow I can get out until the next one on Fri....LOL This is when I wish I had a garage...

the weatherman has promised us a little more winter by Thursday. However... we had some icy-hail and cold bitter wind today.
Your photos are pretty -- but I can see the danger lurking in that icy glaze.
